In person groups run in Clearwater and rotate around Tampa Bay, Florida. Every session also runs live online, and pods can be fully remote. If you can get here, come in person. The room is the point.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What does it cost?+

Nothing. No equity either.

Is there a revenue requirement?+

Yes. $100K to $5M a year. Under $100K, keep selling and come back the day you cross it. The playbook library stays open to you in the meantime. Over $5M, you have outgrown a free program: hire an operator or an implementer. You can afford it.

Do I need employees already?+

No. Plenty of $100K owners are solo. Stage 1 assumes it is just you, and your first delegation might be a contractor for 5 hours a week.

I am not in Florida. Can I still join?+

Yes. The online track gets every session live plus recordings, and remote pods run on video.

Is this for venture backed startups?+

It works for any model, but it is built for owners who want a profitable business they own, not a fundraising track.

How much time does it take?+

Minimum is 90 minutes a month. Owners in pods spend about 3 hours a month. The entire point is giving you time back, so the program stays light.

Who runs it?+

A group of Tampa Bay owners and operators. Sessions are taught by people who have made the handoff in their own companies, including program alumni. The brand carries the program. The room carries the teaching.
